Difference between test or full account access
You got the opportunity to test our page without any cost or any kind of obligation. After your test account is expired we will sent you a message and you can choose to join us as a full member. We do not offer any subscriptions and you see any cost transparent on our Webpage. There are no additional costs.
what part of your service will cost me money?
You can log in and join your personal start page for fee any time. If you go into our chat area your minute account will be charged and is active and 60 seconds of your paid chat time counts down. After this 60 seconds every minute will be charged exactly from the system. We make sure that only humans can join our chat system and no robots are able to use it. We also make sure that there is no fraud involved from any digital login
Where is my mailbox and is it free or do I have to pay for it?
You can log into your mailbox with the mailbox button. The mailbox is free and you have not to pay for the use.
How can I delete my Profile?
If you want to delete your Profile, please sent an email to our support team at support@sucama.com and we will get in contact with you. You have not to tell us any reason and we do not keep your data – we make sure nobody has access and if you do not want to get system notifications anymore you can deactivate this in your Profile anytime.
What is happened to my personal Data
All Data are under our high secure safety policy – and only in use for this webpage – we do not share or sell your data to anyone. We also do not safe any of your dialogue or mails. We make sure that no third party can get your personal data.
How can I log out of the system?
As soon as you leave the chat area the minute account stops. You are now in the fee of charge area
